Vitamins in Food

Hi beautys!
Here are the list of vitamins that can be taken from food.

Vitamin A - Carrots, eggs, milk, cheese, spinach, sweet potatoes, pink or red grapefruits, dark green and yellow vegetables.

Vitamin B2 - Yogurt, fish, leafy green vegetables, milk, cheese, eggs.

Vitamin B3 - Avocados, dates, fish, eggs, lean meat, white meat of poultry.

Vitamin B5 - Beef, eggs, mushrooms, nuts, pork, fresh vegetables.

Vitamin B15 - Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, wholegrains.

Vitamin C - Citrus fruits, berries, tomatoes, cauliflower, potatoes, broccolis and green leafy vegetables.

Vitamin D - Salmon, tuna, mackerel, cheese, egg yolk.

Vitamin E - Brussels sprouts, spinach, eggs, vegetable oils, soybeans, corn, nuts, seeds.

Vitamin F - Vegetable oils, avocado, peanuts, flaxseed oil, sunflower oil.

Vitamin P - Citrus fruits, cherries, blackberries, rosehips.

Folic acid - Carrot, egg yolk, pumpkins, avocado, deep green leafy vegetables.

Paba - Rice, wheat germ, wholegrains.
