Beauty Vitamins

Hi Beautys!
Bit confused about vitamins? I have listed the vitamins that are especially good for the skin. Vitamins are vital to retain youth! Here’s what each vitamin does for your precious skin!

Vitamin A: Made of retinol and carotene. Renews skin through the stimulation of elastin and collagen production, resulting in smoother, more elastic skin. It also removes fine lines, wrinkles, help repair sun damaged skin and reduce age spots.

Vitamin B2: Also known as riboflavin. Help to properly balance the skin. Too little of vitamin B3 will make face oily. It’s also vital to maintain a proper metabolism. Promote healthy skin, hair and nails.

Vitamin B3: Also known as niacin. Helps regulate oil secretion and decreases a pre-deposition to blemishes. It’s needed to maintain a proper metabolism. Gives you healthier-looking skin.

Vitamin B5: Also known as pantothenic acid. Helps to increase moisture content in hair and skin.

Vitamin B15: Works much like vitamin E in that it's an antioxidant.

Vitamin C: Stimulate collagen production, which gives the skin elasticity. It helps neutralize free radical activity, protects against UVA/UVB rays and helps heal scar tissue and bruising.

Vitamin D: Has strong moisturizing properties and encourages tissue development.

Vitamin E: Condition and moisturize the skin, inhibit free radical damage and help heal scars.

Vitamin F: Promote healthy skin and hair.

Vitamin P: Increase the effectiveness of vitamin C

Folic acid: Promote healthier-looking skin.

Paba (Para-Aminobenzoic acid): Keep skin healthy and smooth. Help in delaying wrinkles. Help to restore natural color to your hair.

Note - Vitamins are just as important as drinking water! If you want to retain youth and stay healthy, take them in moderate amount everyday \(*'0'*)/
