Beauty Vitamins

Hi Beautys!
Bit confused about vitamins? I have listed the vitamins that are especially good for the skin. Vitamins are vital to retain youth! Here’s what each vitamin does for your precious skin!

Vitamin A: Made of retinol and carotene. Renews skin through the stimulation of elastin and collagen production, resulting in smoother, more elastic skin. It also removes fine lines, wrinkles, help repair sun damaged skin and reduce age spots.

Vitamin B2: Also known as riboflavin. Help to properly balance the skin. Too little of vitamin B3 will make face oily. It’s also vital to maintain a proper metabolism. Promote healthy skin, hair and nails.

Vitamin B3: Also known as niacin. Helps regulate oil secretion and decreases a pre-deposition to blemishes. It’s needed to maintain a proper metabolism. Gives you healthier-looking skin.

Vitamin B5: Also known as pantothenic acid. Helps to increase moisture content in hair and skin.

Vitamin B15: Works much like vitamin E in that it's an antioxidant.

Vitamin C: Stimulate collagen production, which gives the skin elasticity. It helps neutralize free radical activity, protects against UVA/UVB rays and helps heal scar tissue and bruising.

Vitamin D: Has strong moisturizing properties and encourages tissue development.

Vitamin E: Condition and moisturize the skin, inhibit free radical damage and help heal scars.

Vitamin F: Promote healthy skin and hair.

Vitamin P: Increase the effectiveness of vitamin C

Folic acid: Promote healthier-looking skin.

Paba (Para-Aminobenzoic acid): Keep skin healthy and smooth. Help in delaying wrinkles. Help to restore natural color to your hair.

Note - Vitamins are just as important as drinking water! If you want to retain youth and stay healthy, take them in moderate amount everyday \(*'0'*)/

Top skin enemies - how to age quickly

Hi beautys!
Here’s the main things you need to consider to protect your skin from looking ugly!

1. Sun - Always apply sunscreen of at least 30+ SPF that protects from UVA and UVB rays.

2. Processed Foods

3. Chemicals - Tap water, air pollution

4. Smoking - I did used to smoke up until 21 but when i used to, my skin felt like it couldn't breathe. Don't wait, quit as soon as possible! I did it, so can u!

5. Stress - Makes you tired mentally and physically. Make you have more lines and wrinkles between the eyebrows when you frown!

6. Alcohol - Don't have too much!

7. Caffeine - Makes your teeth stain!

8. Attitude - frowning etc.

9. Lack of Sleep - Sleep at least 8 hours each night!

10. Electromagnetic fields - cell phones, micro-waves, computers etc. I don't really care about mobiles and microwaves but I'm so not going to get a job that requires me to work infront of computers all day!

11. Constipation.

All these things make you age and make your skin condition bad.

My First Beauty Blog

Hi readers!
This is my first blog so i’m so excited! I just wanna tell you guys that if you’re not into beauty, don’t bother reading the blogs from now on cos every topic will most likely be about beauty!

I don’t want to write about my life like what I did today, where I went, what I ate, what unusual things happened... etc cos i’m not a superstar or famous actress/singer so you know, I won’t have so many new things to tell every day and so I don’t want to make my blogs boring.

I’d rather talk about interesting facts and myths on beauty. The purpose of this is to let readers know that anyone can be beautiful from inside to outside if they are determined.

I really don’t care about anything else besides beauty cos I want to look my best and feel good everyday.

Beauty is my passion and I could never get sick of reading even after thousands of beauty books! If this sounds like you, you came to the right place! If you want to stay young, look and feel more beautiful then keep reading~
P.S. Im not the type to write too much in each blog because that will be too much effort to read and you would most likely get sick of reading it before half way. Hope you find what you read interesting~!

Sana xo
